Hi all, asking for good thoughts and prayers for Mike Grayson. He is in the hospital with double pneumonia!
He takes his health and fitness very seriously, so he is strong and he is a fighter.
Although things weren’t looking good, he is showing some improvement! ❤️

If anyone wants a souvenir shirt, tank top or thin long sleeved hoodie, stop in before November 16th! All t-shirts and tank tops are discounted to $5! Long sleeve items are discounted to $10. We currently have all sizes in women’s tank tops, and a lot of mens small t-shirts, tank tops and thin hoodies. We are hit and miss on other sizes. Stop by before we run out.

Attention members…
Due to my mother’s massive stroke last November, running a business while being a full time care giver has proven to be extremely difficult and overwhelming. I have had to make the difficult decision to bring in a new owner. November 16th, Brian Guinn, and his son Landon, will be taking over. The name of our gym will change to The Body Shop Gym. Prices will not increase, and cleanliness will remain an important focus!
I was so blessed to be a part of this gym for 13 years. I very much appreciate all the love and support I have received from all of my wonderful members! You have all helped to build this special fitness family! I am so blessed for the time I was given to be be able to share life with all of you!
Your memberships and payments will automatically carry over, with no interruption.
Please join me in welcoming Brian and Landon as they begin this new journey in their lives!

Update, Power is restored. So thankful PSO stayed with it. Had to replace the transformer. Thanks to all my awesome members who were so understanding and enjoyed complimentary hot cardio and cold water bottles.
