Bigwater Bucktails

Happy holidays everyone! Stay safe and tight lines. This candy cane inspired mini Bucktail was designed by my daughter.

For anglers seeking to mimic salmon fry, I created a smaller bucktail with larger eyes. I resized the hooks, shortened the length, and enlarged the eyes. ❤️

Well it’s time! The weather is getting warmer and the water temp is climbing. Time to pull some hair. Hopefully this batch last the spring.

These coho could not resist these Bucktails pulled behind a flasher. I love it these Bucktails rip lips and put smiles on customers faces.

Kootenay lake is definitely producing better sized fish. This 9 lb plus trout was caught on a pattern that was designed by a friend. It was one of 20 plus trout caught in a day and a half of fishing.

These monsters are for the chinook and coho of Winter Harbour. Love tying up these GLOW UV patterns.
