Hello Dojo Dynamics Friends and Family,
I have heard a lot of students talking lately about returning back to training but there are always that need of a little help to take that first step. So here is what I offer. Dojo Dynamics, Plano Academy, Aurora Academy students or any students in the Isshin Shorinji Ryu Okinawa-Te System Schools that are currently inactive, are always welcome to our Dojo.
We suggest 3 options;
#1 Is to go through the beginners classes, regardless of rank. This way you can come into a relaxed environment and hear my words from the very beginning and the details that I teach with. It would be a great refresher to gradually get back into the swing of things.
#2 Is simply to join the advanced classes and jump in where ever they choose. That can be a little scary for some that is why I suggested option #1. Either way, your rank will never be affected and will remain whatever you were promoted to when you left.
#3 Is to do both. Attend the beginner’s classes and advance classes and take your return into turbo speed.

ADULT CLASSES (90 MINUTE CLASSES)
