This is Tony !!

Tony had been a member of Hook’d on and off for a long time. About 5 month ago after some time away Tony reached out to us to get back to working with one of our personal trainers

He’s been attending sessions 2x per week and has fully committed to some lifestyle changes that have resulted in
- losing 35lbs
- lowering his resting heart rate and improving sleep quality
- lowering blood pressure
- increase in self confidence and strength “ feeling like his old self”

Tony committed to making a change and stuck to his plan and worked hard everytime here was here with his coach

We hear it all the time…

This is the big one reason why people wait to start, and it’s completely backwards.
Getting in shape is the reason you start. Nobody shows up already able to do everything. Every workout is scalable, which means a coach adjusts the movements, the weight, and the intensity to wherever you are right now.

You don’t need a baseline. You need a coach who meets you where you’re at. That’s the whole point.
