💜 Introducing the Senior Support Circle! 🩰✨
This year, our Senior Company started a new Tuesday tradition! While our dancers are putting on their pointe shoes after ballet class, we gather together for our Senior Support Circle. Each week, we choose one dancer, go around the circle, and share something we admire about them. 💕
It might be their kindness, determination, work ethic, humor, leadership, or the way they encourage others. Whatever it is, each dancer gets a moment to hear how much they are valued by the people dancing alongside them.
We spend so much time helping these young artists grow as dancers, but helping them grow as people is just as important. Watching this incredible group learn to lift one another up, celebrate each other’s strengths, and build each other up instead of tear each other down is truly something special.
