This program places emphasis on the Sports & Recreation
Mixed martial arts, or MMA, is the combination of both the striking (Boxing and Muay Thai) and grappling (submission/Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling) arts to produce the ultimate system of combat sport and self-defense.
