Manor, Texas Cheer Camp — That’s a wrap! 🖤💛
We came, we learned, we SLAYED! 💪🏾📣
From Day 1, the Manor Mustangs brought the energy and locked in as we built the foundation with:
✔️ Stomp & Shake technique
✔️ Motion drills & voice projection
✔️ Conditioning (y’all loved to hate it 😅)
✔️ Stunts & safety skills
✔️ Even a trip to the weight room for strength training!
This squad showed growth, heart, and hustle — every single day. From pushing through tough workouts to embracing new challenges with confidence, they embodied what cheer is really about: teamwork, discipline, and FUN.
I’m so proud of how far they’ve come in just a few days! Can’t wait to see what y’all bring to the sidelines this season. 💥

📣 Calling all trainers & cheerleaders! 📣
I’m looking for a cheer-focused trainer, former HBCU cheerleader, or Champagne Alumni located in or near Austin or Houston, TX!
I’ll be hosting a Stomp & Shake Cheer Camp during the first week of July, and I’m in need of an assistant coach to join me.
💪🏾 Experience in cheer workouts, technique, and team-building preferred!

We ELOPED IN VEGAS 😱 🫶🏾
The day I married my best friend 💍 We chose this date because of its significance, knowing a year ago to this day could’ve possibly been our last moments with one another..This moment has been long overdue & I can’t wait to experience this new chapter of forever with my love ❤️
Just know those vows hit different 🥹 I couldn’t wait to my wife my wife my wife y’all to death 😂
