Although this took a lot of preparation A(I.e. ~6hrs), it was ultimately worth it. Now we don’t have to think about what we’re eating since it’s already measured and prepped •

This meal prep is only breakfast and lunch for 2 people and it took about 4 hours to complete. Fully plant based meals. One day we’ll get to dinner too 😁 •
