"I am open to possibility." That was my intention card picked prior to starting this authentic 'lifeshop'. The experience is truly hard to put into words but what I received from it was it is necessary and a vital experience to have and continue having. It is so easy to get caught up in what appears to be the "main" component of yoga practice (the physical) but the truth is this experience is not only needed for students but also practitioners of yoga practice to experience the mental and emotional components. Being more still and exploring openings in order to change our mindset and heart is so vital.
