Working out through pregnancy, then getting back into it after childbirth and being cleared for exercise comes with its own set of challenges.

We haven't done a taste test in awhile but we are back with Nesquik's Protein Power Chocolate Milk.
We like it for sure but the calories are a bit high for the protein content.
Definitely more of a treat or something to incorporate when increasing calories.
