Reminder, Back To Dirt Conservancy is hosting a clean up day at Endor Iron Furnace Sat March 7 from 9 am -12 pm.

The goal is to work with our community and partners to clean up the site. This will involve some light w**d eating, brush removal, litter/trash pick up, and general site maintenance. Bring your favorite brush removal tools (loppers/pruners for example), gloves, and bug/tick repellent. We will not be impacting the historic structure itself. This is a great way for everyone to contribute to our community. Hopefully this will also speed the way for Endor Iron Furnace to become a park with hiking, canoe and bike trails!

Tools or equipment that could be helpful:
Small chainsaw
6-8' step ladder
W**d eater
Big loppers
Leaf rake
Big yard cart to haul brush
A gator to haul trash bags out
Small handsaw
Bug spray

Where: Endor Iron Furnace - 5399 Iron Furnace Road, Sanford NC 27330
When: 9:00am - 12 pm, Sat March 7
