To prepare APEX is hosting a friendly competition that will reflect the Elite Course. As a collaborator, the Apex course will have our own touch of added movements and obstacles.
Fastest time to complete the course in each division overall (Male, Female) will take both take home a PRIZE
BASKETS, and 1 FREE Registration to the Epic Series event in January 🙌🏽

We are starting a NEW PROGRAM this week
Monday July 18th 2022.
We will be taking a break from strength
training and shift our focus to HYPERTROPHY TRAINING (building muscle). But we are taking a different approach. Instead of focusing on one part of our body each day. We will be doing FULL
BODY every day. We call this one, FULL BODY- BODYBUILDING
On Push Day (Monday/Wednesday) we will be training squatting, lunges, and pressing exercises plus more! 🦵🏽
On Pull Day (Tuesday/ Thursday) we will be
training the entire posterior chain through deadlifts, pull ups, and more! 💪🏽
Fridays and Saturdays we will go back to staying explosive and athletic through Olympic Weightlifting and Conditioning🏋🏽
We so excited for this workout as it gives us the time to recover from strength training and will allow us to build muscle at the same time! 💪🏽

Time Under Tension (TUT) refers to the amount of time a muscle is held under tension or strain during an exercise set. In simple terms time muscle is under stress.
Key Points 🔑
* Still focusing on strength and conditioning
* High reps. Greater than 10
* Muscles always stress
* RPE 8-10
* Rest less than 90 sec.
* M,W,F: BODYBUILDING
* T,Th: skill, strength and conditioning - high set low reps
* Focus not to increase strength but to maintain strength and build muscle.
* Superset: usually opposing muscle groups, THIS program same muscle group increases time under tension.
* More self awareness of muscle fatigue where you need to feel it. (MOST IMPORTANT!)
* Nutrition: Low Carb. High protein diet good complement to this program. -will help maintain and growth muscle
