It hasn’t been easy for us with homeschooling, new schedule, and not actually putting ourselves as a priority for working out and eating clean. So we need to do it as well.
Who is with us in this 6 week challenge?
Recovery is so important for your body! Active recovery improves blood circulation which helps remove waste from our body. Ultimately, this will bring in nutrients that rebuild our muscles.

With our Fiesta Friday Kickboxing coming up this Friday, we figured that we would highlight some benefits to this particular workout.

| Meet the trainers | For most of you, Kelsee is not a new face, but for those who are just joining our community this is Kelsee. Not only is she one of our trainers, but her and her husband started this amazing gym! We are so thankful for her and all she brings to RSTR Fitness.
Some fun facts about Kelsee:
1. Her favorite job (other than now) was a carpenter
2. She hates moths
3. She grew up on a farm and is scared of cows
| Low in calories & high in protein | Egg whites are considered a complete protein, which means that they have all 9 essential amino acids that your body needs to function at it’s best! They also do not have cholesterol or fat because that is within the yolk, not the egg white.
Additionally, eggs whites can help you feel fuller longer and good for building and maintaining muscle.
Our clients work hard. But not like this one! She is dedicated at her workouts and trains 5-6 days a week. She has lost a total of 30lbs and we aren’t even finished!
We are super proud of her and the confidence she brings to the table. Not to mention how strong she is!

Ive always had the desire to own my own business one day. I have been very independent and an entrepreneur since I can remember but never really pushed myself to succeed as a legit business owner.
So, once I got married and had 2 boys I decided to be a stay at home mom. At that point I had a lot of time to think and started to really miss “working”. But I knew I did not want go back to working for someone else.
As I was learning to be a Mom (which is a full time job), I realized I had what it takes to start my own business. Being a mom kind of makes you feel like you can do anything. So I did just that. I started my dream career as a personal trainer and what pushed me to keep going is my kids. And on top of all that, my husband quit his full time job to run this business with me to open up a boutique gym.
We are so glad that we started RSTR Fitness to not only fulfill our dreams, but help others achieve a healthier and stronger life!
