The last set is always the worst! Renegade rows are one of my favorite core moves and it’s fairly safe for your spine.

*** Trainer tip:
Try not to let your hips shift or rotate as you row and squeeze your glutes and core to keep your hips level. 💪🏼🔥 Add 3 sets of 10 to the end of your routine.



Lisa came to me last year wanting to improve her shoulder stability, stamina, total body strength and energy levels.

This is Stephanie’s last set of Bulgarian lunges. 8 reps with 2 DBs, release one DB and perform 4 more reps, then drop the weight again and complete 4 more reps of plyometric Bulgarian lunges. It’s a major leg burner and your legs will feel like jello. Nice work Stephanie Cleere! 💪🏼😉🔥

Here’s a 15-20 minute lower body burner with 35 seconds of work & 15 seconds rest in between each exercise.
3 rounds beginner level - with rest periods after each round.
4 rounds intermediate level with 1-2 rest periods.
5 rounds advance level with No breaks! 💪🏼🤯
Work through your progressions on each round and make sure you get a good warm-up before you begin this body weight only routine.

A little late, but Happy International Women’s Day!!! 💪🏼❤️


Here’s last nights protein packed dessert. Greek yogurt mixed with a little bit of chocolate plant-based protein powder. Mix well until all the powder is absorbed in the Greek yogurt and from there, add whatever you want. I used 1/2 a banana, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1 tbsp h**p seeds, and 1/3 cup grain free granola with a drizzle of honey on top.🤤

It’s loaded with 25+ grams of protein!!! Enjoy and stay fit! 💪🏼😉

If you’re ever in a pinch, here is a bodyweight countdown workout that will definitely get your heart pumping and body moving! 💪🏼🔥

Try to get it done in under 25 minutes.🔥 Stay fit! 💪🏼😉

100 reps: Prisoners squat - oblique crunch (50 each side)
90 reps: Jumping jacks
80 reps: Russian twists (40 each side)
70 reps: Cossack squats (35 each side)
60 reps: Butt kickers (30 each side)
50 reps: Reverse lunges - core twists (25 each side)
40 reps: Plank shoulder taps (20 each side)
30 reps: Crab crawl - toe touches (15 each side)
20 reps: Push up - T raise (10 each side)
10 reps: Burpees

This year we’re going to a different type of club, situated at heavy iron bar, and coming home by 2pm instead of 2am. 😂

And now time to enjoy my post workout meal at Corazón Cocina with my Corazón! 😍💕


Protein Energy Bites
I am really loving these protein bites right now especially if I’m in a pinch and I need a quick pre-workout snack or after dinner treat. It’s a perfect nutritional bite for kids and a healthier option than processed foods. 😉

Prep time 15-20 minutes.
Here are the ingredients:
1 cup of Rolled Oats
1/3 cup of Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
1/2 cup of Ground Flaxseed Meal
1/2 cup Crunchy Almond Butter
1/4 cup Organic Maple Syrup or Honey
1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
1 serving of Vanilla Protein Powder (preferably plant-based)
1 ounce of 70% + dark chocolate

Yields about 17 to 18 bites, and each ball contains the following nutrients:
171 cal
5.3 g protein
15.6 g carbohydrates
3.9 g fiber
6.9 g sugar
3.7 g saturated fat
1.64 g poly unsaturated fats
2.8 g mono unsaturated fats
34.2 mg sodium
1.628 mg potassium
Also contains calcium and iron.

It’s a high calorie snack so based on your goals, you’ll need to calculate accordingly. 💪🏼

Exercise is ageless! 💪🏼 All it takes is a little confidence and belief in yourself and you’d be surprised at what you can accomplish.

All I had to say was, “you are all training like athletes and you’re training like a famous actor named Chris Hemsworth who plays the role of Thor in all the marvel movies. You should’ve seen how their eyes lit up and how happy they were to overcome their fear and doubt.

Age is nothing but a month number and it’s never too late to engage in some form of exercise. Stay Fit! 💪🏼😉
