Hello there FB friends and future fellows. I would like to demonstrate my progress in the past 61 days since I DECIDED to make a massive life change on June 20, 2021. After gaining 20 lbs I weighed 170 lbs and with hard work, discipline, and a purposeful "WHY", I, along with every other human being, have and always will overcome any "HOW". This is only a small part on the path to attaining one's own HigherSelf. Thank you and blessings to all. 🙏😊


This is a great modification to stir things up in the intrinsic core muscles. These are the muscles which essentially hold the pelvic/lumbar/hip region, including the diaphram. Helps to maintain abdominal tension and support abdominal viscera, increase intra-abdominal pressure that is helpful in forceful expiration, coughing, defecation. And not to forget supporting the spine and pelvic/lumbar region during movements. Recommended 3 sets 8 -12 reps ea side. Mix it up with regular V - ups, bicycles, or your favorite cross-over ab crunch.

Hello, all you beautiful people! Want to share my personal journey of losing my Covid 20Lbs. I'm posting a pic of my peak condition in Jan of 2020 at 152Lbs and 5% body fat. On Jun 19, 2021, I weighed in at 170Lbs 26% body fat. For the past 36 days, I have been practicing what I preach. I'm now at 161Lbs and 16% body fat. I'm a CPT (Certified Personal Trainer) and WLS (Weight Loss Specialist) and if you want to change the condition of your health and well-being, it would be my privilege to speak and work with you on your HigherSelf.
