The Dailey Method® is a one hour full-body workout that combines core conditioning, stretching, ort ONSITE CHILDCARE AVAILABLE Monday-Saturday

The Dailey Method® is a system of strengthening and stretching all the major muscle groups in the body. It combines ballet barre work, core conditioning, yoga, and orthopedic exercises. Doing the class three to four times per week will provide amazing results!

Good morning Monday! ☀️ 💗 One of our dear friends and instructors on our team posted this quote in her Insta stories yesterday and it really hit home. Things are far from perfect in our current reality, we are faced with so many unexpected day to day challenges and are now wearing several hats we never anticipated. BUT...how many times have you said I wish I had more time to enjoy my home, to see my kids throughout the day, to spend more time with my loved ones, to slow down, to cook healthy meals, to cozy up on the couch with a good book, to work from your backyard table and be outside? So today, take a moment to be grateful and appreciate where you are, in this very moment. We wish you a wonderful week.

Happy Sunday! Can you believe another new week ahead? 🙌 We hope you and your families are settling into the start of the new school year. We heard your feedback loud and clear “MORE OUTDOOR classes and EARLY please so we can get home to start school and get to work!”

*This class is appropriate for all levels of students. The cuing and pacing are relatively quick, but options and modifications are given regularly to enable all students to be successful. Students are encouraged to work at their own level and make the positioning the priority for each exercise. This is the ideal class to work on perfecting your practice while continuing to be challenged.*
