It’s time to make a splash 💦 We had a team meeting today packed with important details for USMS Summer National Championship August 21-25, 2024 in Mission Viejo, CA.

1. Sign up for Nationals at USMS.org. Don’t miss out on the action 💦
2. Deadline to enter is July 29, 2024. Mark your calendar and get registered 🗓️
3. USMS members of all abilities are welcome. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or just diving into competition, we want YOU at Nationals🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️
4. ANY member can enter up to three individual events without meeting the National Qualifying Times ⏱️
5. Let Coach know if you want to swim on a relay 🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️
6. We’re going to have fun and swim fast 💦💦

As we gear up for the 2024 USMS National Championship in Mission Viejo, CA we’re having a team meeting where we’ll cover details about going to Nationals. Join us this Saturday, July 20th following morning swim practice at Los Banos.

USMS members of all abilities, from beginners to Olympians, are welcome to participate in USMS National Championships. ANY member can enter up to three individual events without meeting the National Qualifying Times. For more info or to register go to usms.org.

We love our National Championship swim caps. Some of us have just started our journey to collect caps, while others have a collection that spans decades. These caps symbolize not only impressive achievements but also the dedication, hard work, and passion brought to the sport every day.

Wherever you are in your swim journey, we are here to celebrate the spirit of Masters Swimming – a community where swimmers of all ages (18+) come together to pursue excellence, fitness, and camaraderie. Join us and be inspired to dive in, swim strong, and celebrate every stroke we take.

That’s a wrap for Spring Nationals! Small but mighty team of 8 packed a big punch out here. 22nd overall, women were 13th and Men(Jeff) were 39th! Lots if cheering, laughing, swimming fast and most importantly having fun!
