It’s been so long since I introduced myself. I wanted to take a minute to re-introduce myself and my work 💕

Hey ☺️ I’m Beth Alexander, I also go by ElizaBeth. I’m a Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor, Reiki Master & Energy Medicine Practitioner with 2 degrees, 17+ certifications and 15+ years of experience including training celebrities, working at 5-star resorts, and creating online fitness programs that have sold over 100,000 copies

8 Exercises To Keep Your Shoulders Strong!

Add these exercises to the beginning of your workout to build strength and activate your shoulder muscles!

Start bodyweight, master your form, and then progress by adding light dumbbells on 💪🏼 The further the weight is from your shoulder the more challenging the exercise will be! So, some of the moves become harder than others🤓 I usually use 2-3 pounders, and sometimes I get up to 5 pounds

What’s your WHY? ❤️

I read somewhere the other day that more people report working out for the mental health benefits now than ever before (forgetting source ATM) and I am here for this energy! 🥳⚡️🥳

Yes, working out can bring amazing physical changes to your body-including building strength + stamina, and developing skills… and that can be incredibly motivating too! 😎 BUT in a world that can be hyper-focused on how we look… it’s important to remember that exercise can do so much more for us than just aesthetic changes, and I’m SO THRILLED to hear more people are working out to support their mental health and well-being.

For me, exercise gets me out of my head, and into my body. Movement has helped me to navigate anxious feelings time and time again, and helps me to stay embodied. This has been my number 1 reason for showing up and moving the last 13+ years.

Teaching and helping others feel good in their bodies has been a top motivation for my 13+ year career in fitness. I love these tools I have learned, and I want you to have access to them to (shameless plug for workouts with me at 😎). I like to say “come for the physical results, stay for the mental and emotional shifts!”
