Not so long ago in my career as a yoga instructor, I had private client I sent to the dr based on my experience - client was told by doctor they had MS.... As a long time (since 2004) yoga instructor - when the body shows a different presentation - WE as Yoga Instructors/ Teachers HAVE to listen. I am grateful I recognized the body language and sent this client to the MD. We are not miracle workers, we are only doing the best we can. And sometimes that best is to send the yoga student under our care to their medical doctor.


Another book I like and have kept on my bookshelf: " Real Men Do Yoga" by John Capouya 2003... Glad that the younger generation of athletes understand that yoga in beneficial!


One of my all time favorite books for building mental strength / awareness: Mind Gym : An Athlete's Guide to Inner Excellence by Gary Mack and David Casstevens
