We were shocked, extremely saddened and heart-broken to hear about the, too soon passing of our Moo Duk Kwan family member, Cort Lee Stinehour Sa Bom 😔 😢🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌟 These are a few memories of the 2003 Ko Dan Ja Shim Sa in Korea when Stinehour Sa Bom tested for his 4th Dan and 2 of our Ko Dan Ja's, George Hoffmeister and Teri Coffee, tested for their 5th Dan. Stinehour Sa Bom was a Warrior alongside other candidates to pull each other through the grueling, arduous and challenging process to persevere together! Strong memories and inspiring courage as Stinehour Sa Bom doing his first Ko Dan Ja testing in a foreign Country left a lasting impression, especially with our DO Jang students, George Hoffmeister S.B. and Teri Coffee S.B. who considered him their Soo Bahk Do Brother ever since then. Stinehour Sa Bom had a HUGE impact on our SBDMDK with great passion, enthusiasm, positive energy, leadership, hard work ethic and generosity of sharing forward...We are sure that his Light and Heart for his Family first, his Students next and the Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan for most of his life...will be forever treasured. Kom Sa Ham Ni Da for being in all of our lives and making such a wonderful impact to so many. We know you will keep training with our MDK Warriors who have left us to train in a higher plain on a higher level...Soo Bahk love and respect.
Soo Bahk! Moo Do Sparring, beautiful timing and great self control!
