Such an absolute tragedy our neighbors in Los Angeles have had to endure this past week. In times like these, it’s more important than ever to come together, to show up and lend our support no matter how big or small 💪❤️

Our gyms in Santa Barbara have raised $2,588 for the Los Angeles Fire Foundation. and will be matching $2000 to make a total of $4588.

Paintball last Sunday, we said goodbye to , is leaving us soon and is going away for a bit coming back in March. 💙❤️F45 Family❤️💙
