Practice bringing awareness and presence to your day to day life by acknowledging the things that you are doing, that make you feel connected/grounded.

⛰ Consider 1 new ‘habit’ you want to practice regularly, and try not to be too hard on yourself.
☀️ For example, schedule/plan to spend time outside (hike, walk, sit, be, etc.) at least once a week.
⛰ The intention is to bring awareness to the things we tell ourselves, we ‘wish we had time for’, and practice making the time.
☀️ Be patient with yourself, if it didn’t happen this week, there’s always next week! (Workout buddies are excellent to help with accountability!)
⛰ Once you are doing that thang, remember to pat yourself on the back!
