Let’s celebrate Valentine’s Day with a full schedule and with a little partnership and love! Everyone is welcome to attend this workout and we would LOVE to see you there. Bring a loved one (romantic, platonic, or otherwise!) to share a partner workout with you this Friday, 2/14.
ALL classes on Friday, 2/14/2025 will be partner-style at both our Santa Barbara and Goleta studios. If you don’t have a workout buddy already, we will partner you up in class!
ALL levels are welcome, and it’s wonderful chance to meet, connect with, and be motivated by your fellow RiseUp members.
What is a Partner Day? Great question!
It’s workout that uses the regular RiseUp equipment, but has pairs of members working together to achieve a common goal. For example, one partner might work on the machine while the other does 10 reps of an exercise, then they switch! (or something like that!). You’ll have both cardio AND strength, and a whole lot of fun!

Cutting Edge Training: Get unlimited group workouts with a trainer so you always have a coach watching every rep and interval - which means you don’t need to worry about what to do, how to do it, or if you’re doing it right.
Nutritional Guidance: A simple 30 day nutrition guide so you don’t have to feel stressed about what the heck you should be eating. It also highlights protein intake and hydration recommendations so you can prioritize fat loss or muscle gain (if that’s a goal for you) and/or experience all-day energy.
Improvement Analysis: We will show you improvements not only in your body composition with our InBody scanner, but also how your strength and endurance improve throughout the 30 days.
Daily Wellness and Mindfulness: Each day you’ll have a wellness or mindfulness exercise to help you focus on the present. The goal is to have a positive impact on your mental health and well-being.
Engagement and Accountability: You’ll get support and accountability check-ins from your assigned trainer, so you can be certain you won’t fall off the wagon like most people when they begin a new program...which means you’ll get better results than you ever have before.

RiseUp Fitness officially opened doors on July 23rd, 2018! It began with a big change, a little idea, and a metric ton of passion. Our team founded RiseUp to provide everyone and anyone with the tools, guidance, and motivation they need to live healthy, full lives. We firmly believe that everyone is happier (or at least a little less stressed about the state of the world, their life, the banana bread they left in the oven, etc.) when they exercise, and that a good workout shouldn’t be scary or prohibitive or overwhelming. We have been so inspired by people who work so hard every day to be good, strong, kind humans - and often they remind us that the best way to take care of all the wonderful (and sometimes not so wonderful) things in your life is to first take care of YOU.
