🔥 New Friday Class Format at Nakano Judo Academy!

We’re excited to introduce a new Friday training format led by our assistant coach Jason.

Two focused one-hour classes every Friday:

🥋 7:00–8:00 PM — Top Takedowns for Judo & Jiu-Jitsu
Train the high-percentage throws responsible for most wins. Over a 6-month rotation, we break down mechanics, timing, counters, and live situational rounds. Every class includes the ground transition so your throw finishes with control.

🤝 8:00–9:00 PM — Championship Gripping
Master the grip fight that decides who throws and who gets thrown. Learn foundations, 50/50 scenarios, offensive control, defensive neutralizing, grip-integrated throwing, and live positional sparring.

✅ Ages 13+
✅ All levels welcome
✅ Take one class or both

Perfect for judoka, jiu-jitsu practitioners, and anyone looking to strengthen their standing game.
