WORKOUT - 5 Sets
1. Runner’s lunge to row x 10
2. Squat to rotational press x 10
3. Lateral lunge to bicep curl 10
4. Hinge to high pull x 10
5. Glute bridge to chest press x 10

Get your kids moving, learning, and building confidence the right way. This is a TRAINING DAY focused on proper movement patterns, pacing, coordination, and HYROX fundamentals — so when it’s time for simulation day, they’re ready to go. 💪
