Genia’s yoga journey began as a way to heal chronic neck and shoulder discomfort from long hours of desk work, and over time it grew into a steady, grounding practice that brought both physical relief and a space for renewal.
Her classes offer thoughtful, step-by-step guidance, accessible options, and encouragement to use props so that every student can move in a way that feels safe and supportive for their body. Rooted in vinyasa and inspired by ongoing studies in Ashtanga and classical yoga traditions, Genia’s teaching emphasizes steadiness, clarity, and connection through breath and movement.
