Dance has always been more than just movement for me… it’s my outlet.
When life feels overwhelming or my mind is racing, I dance. It helps me release stress, clear my head, and come back to myself. It’s where I let go, reset, and just be.
Dance keeps me grounded, lifts my spirit, and reminds me of my strength — even on the hard days.
It’s not just good for the body, it’s powerful for the mind too. 💛
For a long time, I felt like I had to be everything for everyone — show up a certain way, meet expectations, and carry it all without missing a beat. Fast forward - now in my 40’s…
But I’ve learned something along the way…
The most freeing thing I can do for my mental health is just be myself.
Not the perfect version.
Not the “strong one” all the time.
Just me — still growing, still learning, still healing.
And the truth is, when I show up as my authentic self, I feel more grounded, more aligned, and more at peace.
