Just over a year ago, Outback to End Zone was just an idea.

Today, we’ve been lucky enough to live experiences we never thought possible.

We’ve traveled to the US twice, interviewed NFL players like Michael Dickson, sat down with legends like Joe Thomas and Matt Hasselbeck, shared laughs with Warwick Capper, taught Kyle Long how to kick a Sherrin, met Pat McAfee, had UFC superstar Rampage Jackson create content with us, and even had the Bussin’ With The Boys crew help our bid to get to the Super Bowl before Jack Settleman made that dream become a reality.

We’ve toured some of the best football facilities in America, including Cal, USC, Ohio State, West Virginia and the Cleveland Browns. We’ve been to Radio Row, stood in the stands at the Super Bowl, covered the NFL Draft in Pittsburgh, appeared on TV and news broadcasts both here in Aus and in the US, watched Intern Aidan take a hanger at Cal, and created millions of views worth of content from places we once only watched on YouTube.

But what we’re most proud of isn’t the trips, the guests or the numbers.

It’s building a community of people who love American football and helping grow the game here in Australia.

To everyone who has watched a reel, listened to the podcast, shared a post, left a comment, or supported us in any way, thank you. Every opportunity we’ve had has come from this community.

10,000 followers is a milestone we’re incredibly proud of, but it feels like we’re only just getting started.

This week, the interns dug up an astonishing stat in which he feels will NEVER, EVER be broken.

Between the 1976 and 1977 seasons, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers lost 26 consecutive games……. 26!!!

Going 0-14 in 1976 and 0-12 in 1977 before FINALLY getting the monkey off the back, beating the New Orleans Saints on the road 33-14.

Imagine your team loosing every game for almost two seasons straight 🤯🤯
