Paul O’Lone started working out in 1981,when he was 13, because fortunately, there was a gym about two blocks away from his house.“Someone gave me a box of magazines with pictures of people like Arnold Schwarzenegger and Frank Zane, and that's when I knew I wanted to become a bodybuilder. I entered my first competition at 17, and although I was the youngest teenager in the show and didn't win, I got third place and was just happy to win a trophy. I was training and planning on entering Mr. Olympia in 1997 I started experiencing problems with my balance and I got diagnosed with multiple sclerosis but I was able to turn my poison into my medicine because I opened up a gym for people with disabilities called accessible fitness
