I know, I know it looks like I’m trying to thirst trap a cowboy (okay, maybe I am a little 😅🤠), however I really want you to meet Biscuit. He is also such a handsome boy 😍. He is a thoroughbred, ex-race horse. When you first meet him you are just in awe of his size and poise. And when you start to interact with him you see what a playful, wild child he is 🥰🐴.

For those who are new here, I host Yoga + Volunteer events to help raise money and spred the word about their beautiful mission. A quick intro about , they rescue and rehabilitate horses that have been neglected, abused or abandoned. The work they do is incredible.. I have literally seen horses go from being unapproachable, to wanting to be near trusting, loving humans again. And this is all thanks to the loving, kindness that provides them. Meet Holly 🐴. She is one of the most gentle, kind horses I have ever met. She legit loves everyone she meets. Oh and she LOVES belly rubs! I kid you not, she will lift her leg so you can scratch her belly 🥰. Whenever I go to you will probably find me hanging with her 💖.

I actually don’t know Bono’s real bday since he is a rescue, however I celebrate the day he was dropped off at the pound, and then again in February when I adopted him. This post is to show how adorable my babe is, but also a reminder that this is the time when A LOT of animals are dumped at the pound (a lot are at capacity as I type). I am here to tell you, that rescues are seriously the best. They know that you saved them (okay, let’s be real, he saved me). They love you a lot harder. So, if you are looking to change your life for the better, and are ready, then go get you a rescue. I got my Bono boy from . I also love .
