Big Congratulations to Larry Barron and Raul Santacruz for earning their Black Belts! They are the epitome of what it means to tirelessly do whatever it takes to earn it. They earned their Black Belts along side Erica Bogosian #57 and Jr. Black Belt Joseph Haddad #56. Well done!

There are times where I hear students use the excuse of life and work schedules being the reason they can't make it to class. Their fortitude and discipline are an example of how dedicated one can be if they are hungry enough.

Special thanks to and for your personal time training them at some of their work outs and classes. We appreciate your valuable knowledge and leadership.

Come celebrate the holiday with your favorite training partners and get to know each without having to crush each others face for once (makes it easier to talk 🤣).

No plans for Thanksgiving? Have plans, but want to spend it with us anyway? Come spend Kravsgiving with Citadel Krav Maga and give thanks for those we train with! We'll have a main spread ready to eat at 4pm, but it is potluck style, please bring anything you'd love to share with everyone.

Help us donate to the Cali Special Kicks program! This program is a non-profit organization that helps fund the tuition for our special needs students at Citadel Krav Maga and Team 3 Jiu-Jitsu Association!
