ππ»ββοΈ I did. And for once, I didnβt feel badly about it. ππ»
ππ»ββοΈIβve been on the struggle bus for what feels like FOREVER trying to get my post partum body back to looking like it should.
ππ»ββοΈ Being patient is hard. Really hard. But I love the message is constantly putting out there to 1) just be fu***ng patient and 2) a splurge once in a while is not going to make you fat.
π¦π§ββοΈSo as we celebrated our first trick or treating night with the girls and the new baby, I reminded myself that a few pieces of bite sized candy wonβt make me fat.
And it didnβt. ππΌ
Iβm still chipping away at my final 10lbs of baby (aka cupcakeπ§, burger π and fries π ) weight! πͺπ»

Which would you rather put in your body? (Asking without judgement) π€
The left side is an ultra-processed attempt to recreate meat, loaded with questionable ingredients like canola oil. It also contains very little nutritional value other than protein which comes from the pea protein isolate.
The right side is organic, 100% grass fed beef. It contains protein but is also loaded with vitamin B12, vitamin E, heme iron, creatine, zinc, omega-3 and 6 fats, and others.
Personally I would pick the right side any day, and Iβd completely avoid the left side, but I understand that people have different views on this topic. From the standpoint of nutrition, however, it seems pretty clear which is the winner.
