πŸ™‹πŸ»β€β™€οΈ I did. And for once, I didn’t feel badly about it. πŸ’ƒπŸ»

πŸ™‡πŸ»β€β™€οΈI’ve been on the struggle bus for what feels like FOREVER trying to get my post partum body back to looking like it should.

πŸ’†πŸ»β€β™€οΈ Being patient is hard. Really hard. But I love the message is constantly putting out there to 1) just be fu***ng patient and 2) a splurge once in a while is not going to make you fat.

πŸ¦„πŸ§Ÿβ€β™‚οΈSo as we celebrated our first trick or treating night with the girls and the new baby, I reminded myself that a few pieces of bite sized candy won’t make me fat.

And it didn’t. πŸ‘πŸΌ

I’m still chipping away at my final 10lbs of baby (aka cupcake🧁, burger πŸ” and fries 🍟 ) weight! πŸ’ͺ🏻

Who else had Halloween candy?! What’s your favorite? I love nerds and snickers! 🍫

Which would you rather put in your body? (Asking without judgement) πŸ€—

The left side is an ultra-processed attempt to recreate meat, loaded with questionable ingredients like canola oil. It also contains very little nutritional value other than protein which comes from the pea protein isolate.

The right side is organic, 100% grass fed beef. It contains protein but is also loaded with vitamin B12, vitamin E, heme iron, creatine, zinc, omega-3 and 6 fats, and others.

Personally I would pick the right side any day, and I’d completely avoid the left side, but I understand that people have different views on this topic. From the standpoint of nutrition, however, it seems pretty clear which is the winner.

β™₯️ We love it because it’s capped at 15 minutes, it’s full body, it can be scaled for anyone to do it, and you could easily substitute kettlebells or dumbbells for the barbell.

πŸ•ΊDoing something (even if it’s just 10 minutes) is always better than nothing.

You can do this with your equipment of choice; kettlebells, barbell, or dumbbells

πŸ“ This workout literally hits everything. And it’s simple. The odd minutes you’re working, the even minutes you’re resting
-
πŸ‘‰πŸ» So each odd minute do 3 Cleans, 3 Presses, and 3 squats. Then rest the remainder of the off minute and all of the next minute. Then repeat that for as much time as you’ve got. I did it for 30 minutes
