Coaching youth athletes is a privilege we never take for granted. 💙⚾🥎

Every session is an opportunity to teach, encourage, and help a young athlete believe in themselves. Watching them work through frustration, learn a new skill, and smile when something finally clicks. Those moments mean everything.

The lessons reach beyond the field: confidence, discipline, resilience, and being a good teammate.

🥎 Meet Coach Mia 🥎

Coach Mia is a collegiate softball player bringing valuable playing experience, versatility, and a passion for athlete development to SCV Hitting Lab & Sports Performance. Prior to Citrus College, Mia competed at College of the Canyons, where she earned First Team All-Conference honors as a freshman.

As a utility player, Mia understands the importance of athleticism, speed, versatility, and confidence on the field. Her collegiate experience has given her a strong foundation in the discipline, dedication, and work ethic required to compete at a high level.

Mia is passionate about helping young athletes develop strong fundamentals in hitting, fielding, and overall athletic performance. Her coaching approach emphasizes proper technique, consistency, confidence, and creating a positive environment where athletes feel motivated to improve.

Mia believes that success is built through hard work, commitment, and a willingness to learn. Her goal is to help every athlete reach their full potential while developing the skills, confidence, and mindset needed to succeed both on and off the field.

Before every game, remind yourself:

✅ Trust your preparation.
✅ Focus on the next pitch—not the last one.
✅ Control your effort and attitude.
