Happy New Years everyone!!!! Let’s start the year off with setting some amazing health and fitness goals .
When setting your goals make them achievable, set short term and long term .
For example saying I will lose 10 lbs in one month is not a realistic or
Healthy goal.
Healthy weight loss is 1-2 lbs a week . Unfortunately th older you get the slower it likes to come off . Be patient with yourself.
Celebrate the small results you have along the way .
Fitness and lifestyle changes do not happen over night they take time .

This is really easy and delicious!!! I use boneless skinless chicken breast and I use the salsa when making it. Great shredded for tacos or burritos

This is delicious. You can get it at Trader Joe’s . Poor on boneless skinless chicken breast . Bake 375 40 -50 min . Serve with a salad or your favorite vegetables.
