Complete Pilates & Fitness is like no other Pilates studio in the Santa Clarita and Valencia CA area. We want you to workout in an environment that makes you feel welcomed and at ease. Yes, Pilates can be challenging, but we focus on making sure your experience is safe and inviting. Our Pilates studio is fully equipped and professional, yet relaxed and homey. Our team is is well versed and taught about the work of Joseph Pilates (the creator of Pilates), yet we also continuously strive to create new exercises and new adaptations . As our clients, you'll be treated like part of our family and will always receive only the best training, service and attention. We will continually monitor your growth, and motivate you towards your short and long term goals. Our goal, based on our real life knowledge of how incredible Pilates is for every person, is to spread this to as many people as possible. Our classes may vary in instruction, but they all have one thing in common...each and every client is monitored and worked with individually, no matter the size of the class. From clients with challenges, to the world class athletes, to children of all ages looking to gain an advantage in their sport or activity, we are confident that our instructors will make a real impact in their life!

12 years of Complete Pilates!!! I started teaching Pilates 26 years ago (wow) because I loved helping people become stronger and healthier. What I didn’t realize at the time, was people need more than that. They need a place to talk, share, laugh and cry. I had no idea Complete Pilates would become that space. We are a COMMUNITY. The support we give each other on a daily basis is such a gift. Some of us have been together for 22 years and some are brand new, but we are always supporting each other, while sweating of course. Thank you to everyone who has been a part of our Complete Community 💚🤍

10 years ago we opened our doors! Looking back on that day, I could never imagine what the next 10 years had in store for us. Our goal- to give personalized attention to everyone, every time. We wanted each person to be stronger and healthier each time they walked out of the studio, and maybe a little tired and sweaty, but always happy and safe. I didnt think that would include safely getting through a pandemic or losing friends and family members too soon. Through all of this, we have become a community. We work hard, laugh, share, support each other and even play Pickleball! We are so thankful for each day and for each one of you who comes in our door. Cheers to 10 years!!!

1 year... I couldn’t be more thankful for all the support and encouragement from all my Complete peeps💚We’ve made it through poor wifi connections, outdoor classes in rain, wind, heat, fires, tree trimming, building painting, AND we are stronger than we ever imagined!! Healthy, safe, COMPLETE
