We are the original Ridge Runners Motorcycle Club. Based out of Santa Cruz, California and established in 1965.

Still putting on our annual New Years Day Dual Sport Ride through the Santa Cruz Mountains....
Working with to put on trials events alongside their vintage motocross races when we can make them align....
And working towards putting on some smaller events in the future.

Not sure we can pull off the Ridge Runner 500 or Ridge Runner 250 like like we did back in the day, but if you have some great stories and photos of those epic rides, feel free to send them to us here if youd like us to share them!

Unfortunately, we have to postpone the NYDR to SUNDAY JANUARY 11TH due to the week of rain ahead.

As most of you know, this ride has a lot of technical singletrack on private properties. For the safety of the riders, and the preservation of the private properties we cannot run it until things dry out a little.

We will keep everyone informed here, and via email, if there is a need to push out the ride further than Jan. 11th.

Please take the extra time to assure that you and your bike are prepared properly for a slippery, technical, AWESOME dual sport ride!!!
Get yourself some good aggressive dual sport knobbies installed if you have not already!!!
