Did you know that we offer free educational clinics on how to improve your form and strengthen your lifts??? We have done bench, deadlifts, pull ups, and now its time for squats!!! Keep an eye out for a sign up sheet and we can't wait to see you there!

During our 6 week challenge kick off workout, .siragusa made sure to walk everybody through proper technique of how to squat.
