Whether you’ve been lifting for years or you’ve never stepped foot in a gym, there’s a place for you here.

Join us for a combined event first as we celebrate female and nonbinary strength then open our doors for a community open house. Meet our coaches, catch a demo, mini workshop, or a lift, and see what Santa Cruz Strength has to offer.

🌹 Iron Roses Update 🌹

Iron Roses will now take place March 28, 2026. Lifting starts at 9 am.

We know changing a competition date isn’t ideal and tahnk our participants and community for your flexibility. The added time should give everyone a little more room to prepare and we’re excited to run this event alongside our Spring Open House.

We’re also simplifying the day:
While costumes are still welcome, there will be no judged contest this year. The focus stays on the lifting and the environment we create together.
