I almost killed the CSB headmaster who hired me, Richard Downes, when we walked up this Taylor St. hill. He had to stop multiple times and was deathly pale by the time we made it up to California St.. I sealed the walk w/a promise to revive him if he gave me a bonus. The sounds he was making (laughing and wheezing) at the same time caused me concern as he weighed in close to 275lbs.. Would have been a bitch to have to drag him back up one more block to the office! 😎

I can recall trotting up the Taylor St. sidewalk like it was a minor inconvenience. Yesterday, It had me huffing and puffing by the time I made it into the front door. What a difference 30 some years make.

Reunion at Cathedral School For Boys last evening. Sean Breen celebrated his 39th year of teaching music there. Most of my history was erased with the renovations done a few years back. Hadn’t stepped foot in the place in almost 25 years.

Today.

Watching disgraced former president d. *rump being indicted by NYC DA’s office. Loved to see *rump’s uneasy face as the charges against him were described.
Hopefully this will be the first of many indictments brought against him. Wouldn’t be surprised if *rump tries to flee the country looking for sanctuary w/his pal in Russia - dictator V. Putin.
