Meet Sonia Bachir - Dance, Buti and Yoga Instructor at SCAC.
With a background in dance and years of teaching Buti and restorative flow, Sonia brings energy, rhythm, and intention into every class. Her sessions are about connection. Breath, body, and mind working together.
What started as a way to support her dance practice became something more. A way to help others build strength, confidence, and balance from the inside out.
