Wanted to share one of our latest rip-sticks with all you peeps! Welcoming Marco Majia http://www.marcomejia.com to our small but original group of artist here at La Mision Surf. This special collaboration effort (24hrs of work) went to our close friend and super shredder Matt Rohme outta San Clemente…huge props to him for the support…I know he’ll lay it down and represent every time this board hits the water!

Weekly Board Room Recap
Participating in the Board Room event in Del Mar was EPIC!!! The Fam & Friends showed up in a big way and really helped the event run smooth, kept the laughter going, and the good-times rolling throughout the weekend. To be a part of what is going down in the surfboard industry is an honor and a goal that we’ve been after for some time now…Meeting so many legends of surfing, its craft, and the lifestyle has fired me up to keep raising our level for integrity, craftsmanship, and overall stoke on life! High points of the weekend are as follows: all the surfboards…BEN AIPA , Meeting Herbie/ Christian Fletcher & Crew, watching some master shapers mowing foam in the on site shaping bays, meeting Tony Alva, and partying down with our crew & neighbors at the on-site RV camping area! Endless thanks to all whom showed up and contributed to our booth and who are supporting the movement towards a higher surfboard consciousness!!!
(special thanks to Vince Broglio for getting the boards done for the show, Ventura Grant for stepping up on build day, Brook Barman & Marco Mejia for there time and original artwork on the boards just before the show, Daniel George of http://flyinguke.com for producing the first batch of authentic La Mision Surf hats, and finally to Scott Bass the director for letting us in to the show!!!)

Had a blast with the Wahine Team this past weds...Huge thanks to Dionne, Dave, & Heather for having me out and making the day a success. The young Wahines carry the stoke and keep us all that much more appreciative of a beautiful sunny day at the beach filled with surf, boards, and laughter.
