For over 27 years, we have offered year-round activities for people of all ages with disabilities .
Our goal is to offer opportunities for social and recreational interaction for people with disabilities, and thereby encourage:
* Personal growth, development, and self-confidence
* Cooperation, decision-making, and leadership skills
* Outdoor skills and environmental awareness
* Improved quality of life and level of happiness
We also are the ONLY place in Santa Cruz that offers beach wheelchairs available to rent on a daily (or weekly) basis!

Watered, cut lavender to make sachets next week,pet the farm dogs Bodie and Summer, picked peas to feed to the chickens, and checked out the new sheep (possibly named shadow)

Meet the inventor of the EasyStand standing frame Alan L. Tholkes, a quadriplegic from Minnesota injured at the age of 17, who went on post-injury to become a successful businessman and inventor, helping his spinal cord injury community after receiving a business and accounting degree.
His latest invention is the WalkPort, a home "supported walk station" for people with leg paralysis and other mobility issues, who want to feel the sensation and experience the benefits of walking.
