More than a yoga class.

Through movement, mindfulness, and a heart circle at the end of each class, kids and teens learn how to:
✨ Understand and express their emotions
✨ Build confidence and self-awareness
✨ Connect with peers in a meaningful way
✨ Feel seen, heard, and supported

Our Heart Circle creates a safe space for participants to connect, share, listen, and learn that they’re not alone in what they’re feeling.

In a world that asks so much of our kids, this is a space where they can slow down, connect, and simply be themselves.
