Movers & Shakers!
I'm giving a 1st level Nia Training, The Art of Sensation, also known as the White Belt, June 13th - 19th at Studio Nia. I have found that when I talk about Nia Trainings, lots of folks have questions about the format, and what's involved.
So, I've created a one-hour information session for you. Learn the foundations of what's included, meet others interested in the training and ask questions!
