i just had my 11th session with the one and only Ruth Ru-tee Block yesterday! we deep dive emotionally, we work out and we PLAY IT FORWARD! so grateful. so thankful. i love YOU, sweetheart and i'm eternally grateful our paths crossed in Costa Rica!
