Recovery isn’t an extra. It’s the foundation.
Progressive overload means gradually increasing the challenge of your workouts so your body keeps adapting.
That could mean:
• increasing weight
• adding reps
• improving form
• slowing tempo
• increasing consistency
You don’t need to go all-out every workout.
You just need to keep progressing over time.
