During these times of strife for so many, I am seeing people step up in community like never before. The yoga teacher I had last century said this would happen: People would intuitively be guided to how they can best serve, each day.

When I'm off center, I remember to re-center by asking: how can I be of service right now? A visualization or prayer for someone else? A ride? A post on FB? Food?

Even being aware and saying something funny in the line at the gas station...

(The other day I got a little too excited to enter my club membership phone number at Super America and everybody laughed, and I said I was so happy to join this club. One guy said, "The bar is set pretty low today, ha!")

I have been the recipient of people's kindness SO MUCH, in little ways from a store clerk, or the guy at TT&T to people really helping financially, with companionship and all sorts of things.

I appreciate the people and sentient beings in my life. Thank you for you.

Cadence, Rhythm & Sequence
Did you that dogs work best with cadence (1, 2, 3, 4, for example); Rhythm (Singing!), and Sequence (Beginning, Middle, and End!)

We often begin our training sessions with a Beginning ("Let's go to work!") -- then we do the work, then we have a party, (All done!")

We often sing to our dogs and walk with cadence. Marching songs or kids' songs are nice, especially if we weave their names into the lyrics!

We haven't posted anything for a while and so now I'm checking in and I would like to know if anyone here has long haul or lingering covid and if yes what are you doing to ameliorate your symptoms, what are you thinking to give yourself hope, and what herbs or medicines are you using?
