Doing some homework with Arius today.

It was a great reminder that to listen, first must come silent.

It’s no coincidence that the SAME EXACT letters in spell .

2 ears one mouth. I keep the same attitude to my coaching and fitness.

Strive for more and be ambitious. Be humble enough to know you can always get better.

They say failure breeds success.

Not every lift is a successful one! I pushed the limit today-Tried 415 for 5 reps.

Came up short and only made 3. Not even mad about it, shows me where I can really go if I push hard enough.

Keeping that mentality is what helps me stay consistent in my lifts, eating, and also maintaining growth!

Don’t beat yourself up over a mistake, SHIFT AND LIFT!

That’s the key 🔑 to success in this game!

Had to come back for it again this week !

Not the prettiest form I’ve had, but today we crushed #515 x5 !

Surrounding yourself with like minded people is great to help level up.

Sounds cheesy, but it’s what helped me level up my life to a new level,

S**t I dreamed about doing, accomplishing, etc.

It’s not part of my life or within reach!

You can do it too, just gotta believe and don’t be scared to BET ON YOU!

Plus, some s**t talking from and .performance is always better than pre-Workout for a big lift 😜.

CONSISTENCY WINS EVERY TIME!

Those who know me well know I’ve been shooting for a solid 500 pound for YEARS.

That was my ultimate goal.

I’ve done it before, but not quite to the level I’d like.

Today I lifted 500x5. Wherever you are in your journey, KEEP GOING.

A lesson I took away from book, JUST KEEP DOING S**T.

What does that mean?

•KEEP TRAINING.

•KEEP EATING WELL.

•KEEP TAKING CARE OF YOU.

•KEEP DOING S**T!

Ultimately, that’s what got me strong and better with my lifts. KEEP GOING!

A common question I get asked a TON is- “How do you stay consistent?”.

Honest truth is, sometimes I’m not. I fall off the wagon once in a while just like anyone else.

It happens, but what keeps me coming back to it is having awareness with myself.

Having those tough talks with me-Admitting I’m falling off and pushing myself to a higher standard.

That had become easier for me as I’ve been coaching.

It’s a skill set to be aware and be disciplined with yourself.

Part of leaning a skill is to teach it. Coaching helps me with that other element of learning.

Are struggling with something?

Talk about it more-share what you know-take in what you don’t.

I repeat that until I hit a point where I feel confident explaining it.

When it comes to fitness and achieving your goals, there’s always that one big road block that stumps many.

That is FOOD.

People fear food and eating, that to me is crazy!

Food is neither good or bad, IT’S JUST FOOD!

You don’t need someone to tell you what’s healthy and what isn’t, you already know!

So the question is-Why aren’t you making the proper choice?!

Getting in shape isn’t complicated, it’s actually VERY SIMPLE.

You just have to really want it!

Training hard and learning new skills is a must.

It’s our duty as human beings to grow and level ourselves up for the future generations.

That’s why I signed myself up for a kickboxing match in May.

I’d rather try and learn more about myself, than sit around wondering, “What if?”.

You can die tomorrow, so don’t waste your breath being unhappy.

Got the chance to train at this past weekend.

What an incredible and humbling experience.

So much knowledge, support, and growth is this experience.

Surround yourself with people that help you grow.

That’s a statement you can apply to anything!

Wherever you are, it’s not too late to change what you don’t like!

Take it from someone who has a VERY difficult time communicating emotions. Just ask my wife .

Nothing is perfect, but can ALWAYS be better.

If you love something/someone, let this be a sign to keep going.

Even if you feel alone, I’ll be your supporter!

has to be one of my most favorite lifts out there.

So many benefits, functional, and aids in build so much strength !

I’ve been working with these amazing humans for some tome now.

Each of them didn’t feel like they can lift as heavy as they are now.

Let me tell you this, STRENGTH IS A MINDSET!

If you don’t ever believe if you ability to get better, you won’t.

It’s normal to feel fear when just starting. Unknown territory is scary for anyone.

Here’s what I can promise, NOTHING is scarier than not reaching your full potential!

Stop waiting for another Monday, Next Month, New Year, etc.

You REALLY want it-GO GET IT!

Here’s a reminder to enjoy your surroundings and loved ones.

There’s no receipts, returns, or exchanges on time.

Getting away outdoors with these kids opens my eyes every time.

One day they’re babies annoying you with all their needs and sleepless nights.

Next thing you know they’re ditching you to play with they’re friends.

Suddenly, those annoying times with no sleep aren’t as annoying. Rather some good memories of the time spent together.

Same goes for anything in life, relationships don’t deteriorate because you grow apart every time.

Sometimes it’s because we forget to water those roots and keep them strong.

Enjoy your Sunday, and hug someone a little more today-life is short.

Here’s Sochin crushing some .

When she first started, deadlifts weren’t something we were able to do right away.

Took time to build up to it.

Working on the , , etc.

Fast forward a few months later, and she’s crushing these deadlifts!

Strength isn’t something that has to be complicated-it just takes WORK.

Loads of reps, time, sweat, and investment in your future/better self!
