6000 coaching session later the one thing we all share is the omnipresent ‘training board’ it’s the fist thing they look for when they walk in and the board as they know doesn’t care how you feel, you’re going to do the program. We design each clients board every training so there’s accountability for both athletes and coaches. This board is for my own training this Sunday morning as I practice what I teach.
