FREEDOM || as you hang around today with family and friends (hopefully eating and drinking to your heart's content), use the spirit of today to do a little inner work. take a moment for a little inventory of your emotional and energetic freedoms.

it's nothing crazy, I promise. just stop for a moment to recognize all of the crazy-amazing ways that you're free. whether it's your emotional opennness, your readiness to LAUGH, your ability to get outside and connect with nature, or your willingness to REALLY follow what the universe has laid out for you...whatever those freedoms are for you, be thankful for them. create more of them.
